Transfer analysis of COCOP solution to other sectors (May 2019)

A transferability meeting was organised  by the consortium the 28-29th May in order to analyse the transfer of the COCOP project results to other sectors.

The first day was focused on the chemical industry and the second one on the Urban Waste Water Treatment Plants. During the meeting, the partners worked on  preliminary canvas business models and business environmental maps for both sectors, analysing for each of them:

  • The market Forces / Market analysis / Overall markets
  • The industry forces / competitive analysis
  • The global Market Conditions
